If you’ve got 20 minutes a day, you’ve got time to build a real outbound engine.

That’s the key message from TekStack co-founder Marc DiGiorgio in our recent webinar focused on budget-friendly marketing tools and tactics. Whether you’re a founder, a RevOps leader, or a marketer stretched thin, there’s a smarter way to reach your audience, and without expensive ad campaigns or bloated software stacks.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what Marc covered in the session.

Step 1: Define Your ICP (Really Define It)

Everything starts with your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). And no, just knowing their industry and company size doesn’t cut it.

Marc breaks it down into:

  • Demographics: Company size, industry, region

  • Technographics: What tools they’re already using

  • Psychographics: Are they early adopters or laggards?

Once you have that nailed down, it’s time to start building your outreach list.

Step 2: Enrich Your Contact Data

You can’t reach out if you don’t have accurate contact info. Marc showed how tools like Clay and FullEnrich help you fill in the blanks – phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and email addresses – from CSV exports of raw leads.

“Clay uses your existing contact data to pull in the missing pieces: LinkedIn, mobile, email. It’s fast, and it’s cheap.”

Step 3: Use Smart Sequencing (Not Spam)

Forget the “spray and pray” approach. Marc emphasized multi-channel, short-burst outreach, combining:

  • Email (manual or automated)

  • LinkedIn connection requests and DMs

  • Voicemail drops using tools like Call Multiplier

Each touchpoint builds familiarity. And when executed within a tight window, it boosts response rates significantly.

Step 4: Automate LinkedIn Outreach Without Getting Banned

Marc gave a live walkthrough of a LinkedIn sequence tool (similar to Zopto or Meet Alfred) that:

  • Pulls in Sales Navigator search results

  • Sends personalized messages

  • Follows up with profile views and endorsements

  • Throttles your outreach to avoid getting flagged

Step 5: Retarget Your Exact Audience on LinkedIn

This one’s gold: once you’ve enriched your contact data with LinkedIn profiles, you can upload that list into LinkedIn Ads.

“We spent $600 on a post, targeted our exact contact list, and hit 81,000 impressions. That’s way more efficient than display ads or Google search.”

Step 6: Track Who’s Visiting (Even If They Don’t Fill Out a Form)

Lastly, Marc showed a few lightweight site visitor tracking tools (like Warmly) that can hint at who’s checking out your site, even if they don’t convert.

They’re not perfect, but when paired with your CRM and outreach tools, they help close the loop between anonymous engagement and real leads.

Final Takeaway: Build a Daily Prospecting Habit

You don’t need a full SDR team or a massive ad budget. Marc recommends spending 20–30 minutes a day adding new contacts to your sequences, enriching data, and keeping outreach active.

That consistency compounds over time, and it’s completely manageable with the right tools.
