Okay, here’s the fine print
No Cost Implementation
TekStack will setup in your Microsoft tenant, configure the application based on your requirements, and provide templates to import data such as accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, projects, and cases. Our service does not include data cleansing or deduping of data. A minimal amount of customization is included with our implementation.
Three Months of Managed Services
To take advantage of the no cost implementation, each implemented module must contract three months of managed services for that application area. For example, customers implementing sales will need to commit to three months of sales operations managed services where we work directly with your team during that period to improve operations in areas like sales activity, forecasting, win analysis, deal desk, renewal management, and other areas. We actually provide four months of service for the cost of three months. At the end of the term customers will have realigned their business operations adopting best practices. They can decide to continue the use of the service after this term.
Optional Modules
The No Cost implementation does not include the implementation of optional modules such as Business Central Integration, Zendesk Integration, etc.
