The problem
Services team is underperforming, and/or not making money. Overly reliant on senior resources, difficulty onboarding new resources, quotes taking too long to deliver, projects not going live, projects are over budget with schedule/scope slippage.
What’s included in the offering?
Provide four hours per week of scheduled coaching services to establish repeatable processes, review key metrics, project statuses, resource utilization, and backlog. Identify reasons why actuals not achieved if that is the problem, provide a sounding board for tactical situations.

Pricing in US Dollars. TekStack can provide pricing for CAD, GBP, EUR, and AUD.
Pricing Terms
Pricing based on annual term paid in advance. Monthly pricing is available through our business partner Capchase on an annual term. Just add 10%. Payment by ACH, Wire, or Credit Card. For Credit Card, add 4% processing fee.
