All TekStack software subscriptions include Standard Support. Standard Support is available for two named contacts per organization. Standard Support includes unlimited questions about the functionality of TekStack software and the reporting and resolution of software errors related to TekStack software. Standard Support does not include answering questions about customizing TekStack software or the Power Platform. Standard Support does not include reporting and resolution of software errors related to customizations of TekStack software or the Power Platform.

Standard Support also includes automatic production upgrades for TekStack Software. You will always be running the latest version of TekStack.

Customization Support covers unlimited questions and the reporting and resolution of software errors pertaining customizations to TekStack software made by TekStack at your direction, usually during an implementation project. Customization Support is included at no charge for the first year of your TekStack software subscription. It is a paid service from year two onward.

built on the

TekStack is built on the Microsoft Power Platform, a configurable application development platform. It is possible for customers to customize TekStack software or build custom applications without the involvement of TekStack.

If you wish to make customizations to TekStack software and/or the Power Platform without the involvement of TekStack, all related questions and the reporting and resolution of software errors related to those customizations are billable at our standard time and materials rates. Reduced rates are available through the purchase of a block of hours package.
